Start with the product, not the machine.

The same nominal speed means little if the stack rebounds, the film behaves differently or the carton format falls outside the feed geometry. Application comes first.

Hygiene products

Sanitary pads, baby diapers and adult incontinence products need controlled stacking or compression, reliable bag presentation and a seal that matches the chosen film.

Tissue products

Cotton tissues, wet wipes, facial cleansing towels and toilet rolls vary widely in softness, rebound and pack count. The feed path and bagging sequence are selected from the actual product.

The sample review checklist.

  • 01Product dimensions, count, orientation and rebound after compression
  • 02Finished pack dimensions, film or carton construction and seal location
  • 03Required output, upstream supply method and operator allocation
  • 04Available voltage, frequency, compressed air and line footprint
