What is confirmed before shipment?
The shipment scope should identify the machine configuration, agreed format range, utilities, included tooling and the sample-trial acceptance points.
What information should an existing-machine brief contain?
Record the model, serial or order reference, a clear video of the complete cycle, touch-screen alarms, recent parameter changes and the product or material that was running. Share it with your contracted supplier or service provider.
Are spare parts and warranty terms the same for every machine?
No. Parts, warranty, installation and travel terms should be stated in the quotation or contract for the specific order.
Can the machine be changed for a new pack later?
Sometimes. The answer depends on whether the new product falls inside the mechanical and sealing range and whether new tooling, controls or guarding are required.
