Food & medicine
carton application review.
For a replacement or a new mechanised step, start with the actual retail carton. The product inside the box does not, by itself, establish machine compatibility.
Start with carton fit →Four details
that change the fit.
- 01
Construction
Dieline, dimensions, flap sequence, tamper-evident features, coatings and windows. Identify the intended glue seam.
- 02
Product contact
State whether the carton touches the product or surrounds an already sealed primary pack.
- 03
Process
Empty or filled at infeed, compression constraints and upstream/downstream handoffs. Do not assume the empty-carton demo proves a filled-product operation.
- 04
Acceptance
Destination, required documentation and the agreed sample-test method. Compliance documentation must be reviewed for the supplied configuration.
Validate the carton
and the intended use.
The CK-E020-1 demonstration is not a food or pharmaceutical application test. No GMP, food-contact or other certification is claimed here.
For a replacement, include the current machine layout and handoff. For a manual process, include loading, collection and inspection tasks. Both use the same model comparison and sample-review process.
Compare the six configurations →Prepare your inquiry.
Record your carton and line requirements. Prepare a plain-text draft to keep or share with your chosen supplier.
Keep carton photos, a dieline, or a short line video with your draft for a future supplier review. File upload is not available here.
