First, name the operation.
“Carton sealer” can describe different work. A hot-melt carton process, a tape case-sealing operation, window patching and carton-blank production need different checks. Mark the adhesive seam and feed direction on a real carton or drawing so the review begins with the correct task.
| Record | Why it changes the review |
|---|---|
| Open and closed carton photos | They show the flap sequence, seam location and carton state at the machine. |
| Dieline, material and coating | They identify the carton construction; suitability still needs a sample review. |
| Dimensions with axes and feed direction | Published ranges are listed in catalogue order. The actual orientation needs confirmation. |
| Short current-line video | It makes loading, discharge and operator handoffs reviewable. |
| Present issue and target condition | It defines what the trial must examine: for example, a process interruption, format adjustment or seal-consistency concern. |
Map every interface before comparing models.
A replacement review should include the infeed and outfeed orientation, conveyor heights, available space, electrical supply, air availability and any required control interface. These details are not interchangeable across lines. Confirm the final layout and utilities for the selected configuration before an order decision.
What the current catalogue establishes
Packnori lists six semi-automatic hot-melt carton configurations. The spray-glue CK-E020-1 and CK-E022-1 pages list separate 7 kg hot-melt units and approximately 0.5 MPa air for the glue unit. The roller-glue CK-E020 and CK-E022 pages list no plant-air requirement and integrated 1.5 kg glue tanks. These are configuration details, not a universal quality or compatibility result.
See the six-model comparison, then review the individual CK-E020-1 spray or CK-E020 roller page against your carton.
Keep empty and filled cartons separate.
The supplied CK-E020-1 footage shows an operator loading a flat, empty carton, conveying and pressing it, then showing the formed carton and adhesive location. It does not show tissue-filled cartons, glue discharge or a bond-strength test. If your operation seals after filling, treat that as a separate fit question and provide the filled-carton state for review.
For the evidence boundary and a frame-by-frame description, see the tissue-carton application note.
Agree what a sample review must answer.
- Which carton state enters the machine: flat, empty formed, or filled?
- Which seam and flap sequence must the proposed process address?
- Which model configuration and utilities are being considered?
- Which line interfaces must remain compatible?
- Which result will be inspected on the actual sample?
Factual limit: catalogue dimensions and nominal speeds describe listed configurations. Stable output, bond quality, labour requirements, drop-in compatibility and order terms are not established by this guide or the available demonstration footage.
